About Krissy...

This work is deeply important to me not because it came easy to me but because it was the point of deep suffering and pain in my life. I was not born skinny, I was always the bigger one in my group of friends, I loved food but was terrified of gaining weight, so I suffered in silence with eating disorders for over 10 years. Food literally ran my life. It was the first thing I thought about in the morning and the last thing I did before I went to bed. I can’t remember a time where I wasn’t on a diet or trying to get thin. Then one day I hit my rock bottom. I was so sick of all of it. I was about to give up hope. I dropped to my knees and prayed. I knew I was meant for more, I just needed to be shown the way out. I made a promise that if Spirit (or whoever was listening) helped me get out of this struggle I would share with everyone I could how to do the same. To my surprise, it f*cking worked! I lost 50 pounds, I healed PCOS, anxiety, depression, and acne issues that plagued me for years, but most importantly I finally felt FREE. This program and free class are one way I am making good on my promise. My intention is that this work free you in the way it has freed me and the hundreds of women around the world that have made this method their own and changed their lives for the better in the process.
